Bill is from Norfolk and has lived in the Hampton Roads area his whole life. He started working in the Heating and Cooling industry in 1981 with Kathy’s uncle. From there he worked with Sears and worked at the Public Works Center as a civilian for at our local Naval Base. Bill always loved the idea of being his own boss and decided to form his own company in 1986. Today, the things he likes best is managing our incredible staff. When not working, he loves to snow ski, water ski, surf and travel.
