“I contacted the company on August 2, first thing in the morning, requesting someone come out and take a look at my air conditioner/filter. I contacted this company because my air filiter turned black within 30 days and I just didn't know what the issue was. The technician arrived around 10am and thoroughly checked out my entire air handler unit/system. Mr. Kevin Barnette arrived and was so friendly and eager to figure out what was wrong. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide recommendations promptly. I will summarize and say he provided outstanding customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services received. I look forward to having Air Handlers complete my preventive maintenance as well as respond to any service calls (which I hope doesn't happen too frequently) I may have over the next several years.
